Those between 16 and 39 years of age
(excluding those who have opportunities to undergo health checkups at school or other places)

Health Checkup Procedure Interview, physical measurements (including waistline), blood pressure, urinalysis, blood test, etc.
a. Public Health Center (Two-Day Program)

Health Checkup Reservations Center for Public Health Centers, Tel: 03-3200-1508
Call no later than 8 days before the day you wish to get a checkup (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
For those 40–64 years of age, reservations are accepted from June. (Please note that you need to have a Shinjuku City health checkup slip when making a reservation.)
The two-day program comprises the checkup and learning the results. Please come to the site on both days.
Date and Location See chart below. Reception hours on the checkups are 9 to 10:30 a.m.
Notification of Results On the day of the results, a doctor will give an explanation of the results and offer health consultation.
Additional Tests (Excluding Saturdays) Osteoporosis prevention test (for those 20 years of age or older who desire to receive the test; ¥300)
