| Health Checkup Procedure |
Interview, physical measurements (including waistline), blood pressure, urinalysis, blood test, etc. |
a. Public Health Center (Two-Day Program)
Health Checkup Reservations Center for Public Health Centers, Tel: 03-3200-1508
Call no later than 8 days before the day you wish to get a checkup (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
For those 40–64 years of age, reservations are accepted from June. (Please note that you need to have a Shinjuku City health checkup slip when making a reservation.) |
The two-day program comprises the checkup and learning the results. Please come to the site on both days. |

| Notification of Results |
On the day of the results, a doctor will give an explanation of the results and offer health consultation. |
